Very nice hotel, great location. Clean rooms. A/C works fine. Breakfast is the usual. There is a smell in the hall, not sure what it is. There are a lot of construction workers staying there so could’ve from their muddy boots.

I would really give this hotel a 2.5 star rating. Front desk staff was pretty friendly. No issues there. The shower in our room had chips in several areas and there was rust around the overflow area under the spigot. We found ants underneath the sink in the bathroom, but they did address this pretty quickly when we called. Unlike one reviewer who said his foot got burned by the hot water, our experience was the exact reverse. It was necessary to let it run awhile to get warm, but never really hot. Better than a cold shower. Dated describes it best. If you want to stay near BU, it’s convenient. If you are willing to stay out a bit, I’m sure there are better locations.

Comfortable beds, good location. Breakfast was just okay, no pancakes, as the machine was broken. The pool was closed. The tv in my room was crooked. The air conditioning was excellent as was the water pressure in the shower. The room was a little more expensive than other hotels in the area. It’s a good choice for a night or two.

The hotel, including its rooms, had an unpleasant odor that seemed to be related to mold. Unfortunately, the management's response provided by manager John Bedosky on the matter left much to be desired, as they were unwilling to provide a refund despite their inability to address the situation effectively. In hindsight, I realize that the requirement to prepay for the stay should have served as a warning sign, but after a long and tiring journey, I neglected to do thorough research. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment. If possible, I would rate it negative 5 stars. All the negative reviews of this particular manager,John Bedosky, are all on point! The overall experience was quite disappointing, and it's unfortunate that the hotel management did not prioritize guest satisfaction.

Friendly and accommodating staff when we had questions, needed toiletries and even gave us cups for our drinks when we had a pizza party! Nice breakfast selection of hot food, pastries, pancake in a minute and fresh fruit/yogurt in a clean dining area and they always had hot coffee and Andes candies for the guests! Nice little gym and warm pool made for some relaxation in our down time!
